Usage
plotUniqueMicrobesOverTime(dat, date.col = "Curated date")
Arguments
- dat
a data.frame storing BugSigDB data.
- date.col
character. A column of dat that contain the curation date
in dmy format.
Value
None. Plots to a graphics device.
