Plot heatmap of output of dbEn2

dbHt(se, col_pad = 2, pCol = "P_value", scm = TRUE)

Arguments

se

A SummarizedExperiment

col_pad

Padding at the bottom of the heatmap. Default is 2.

pCol

Column to be used for getting the P-values. "P_value" or "PermP". Default is P_value.

scm

Show row names for heatmap. Default is TRUE.

Value

A Heatmap.
